These Terms apply when you use whoanai.com, the website of WHOANA TECHNOLOGY AND HOTEL COMPANY LIMITED (tax code 0111635929, "we"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The content on this website, including the blog, is general information about hotel operations and our products. It is not professional advice and not an offer. Product details may change.
2. The website assistant
The assistant uses AI. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not a quote, a promise or a contract. For anything important, please confirm with us at contact@whoanai.com.
3. Our products
Using WhoanHub, including WhoanVoice when it comes with WhoanHub, is governed by the WhoanHub Terms of Service and the price or quote you accept, not by these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the website unlawfully; do not attack, probe or overload it; do not copy its content in bulk; and do not try to make the assistant produce harmful content or reveal its instructions.
5. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website, and the names and logos WhoanAi, WhoanHub and WhoanVoice, belong to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit to WhoanAi.
6. Links to other websites
The website links to services we do not control, such as Calendly, LinkedIn and Facebook. Their own terms apply.
7. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the website or relying on its content, including answers from the assistant.
