whoanai.com is the website of WHOANA TECHNOLOGY AND HOTEL COMPANY LIMITED (tax code 0111635929, "we"). This policy covers this website only. Using WhoanHub is covered by the WhoanHub Privacy Policy.

1. What we collect

1. Visits: like any website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
2. Questions to the website assistant: the text you type in the chat on this website.
3. Messages you send us: if you email us, your email address and what you write.

You do not need an account to use this website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell data.

2. How we use it

Only to show the website, answer your questions, reply to your messages, and protect the website from spam and abuse.

3. The website assistant (AI)

The assistant uses AI. To write an answer, your question and the recent conversation are sent to Google Gemini, an AI service. The conversation is kept in your browser tab and disappears when you close it. To stop spam, we count messages per visitor using a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, not the address itself.

Please do not type personal or sensitive information, such as guest data or passwords, into the chat.

4. Who receives data

Data is processed only by the providers needed to run this website: Netlify (hosting and the assistant), Google (Gemini for the assistant, and Google Fonts, which loads the website's font). Their servers may be located outside Vietnam. When you choose to book a call or open our pages on Calendly, LinkedIn or Facebook, their own privacy policies apply. Otherwise, data is disclosed only when the law requires it.

5. Retention

Hosting records are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider. Emails are kept as long as needed to reply and follow up with you.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent as the law provides. Email support@whoanai.com.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
